This week on my reconnect roadshow, I went on a walking tour of Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood with local resident and Columbia Hospitalitymarketing director Amy Cunningham. Amy is not only a wonderful tour guide, she’s a terrific strategic thinker, people connector, and team leader. And as a mom of three teenagers, she’s got amazing listening skills.
